Scope and acceptance
Services are limited to the writing or editing deliverables described in the quote you accept. The quote identifies the announcement, approximate length, included revisions, schedule and price. Work begins after the scope is agreed. Any material change to that scope is discussed and quoted before additional work proceeds.
Your materials and approvals
You are responsible for supplying accurate facts, appropriate rights to use materials, approved quotations and timely feedback. We may ask for clarification when source details conflict. You remain responsible for checking names, dates, claims and final copy before publication.
Drafts and revisions
Drafts are delivered for your review. A revision round means one consolidated set of comments within the agreed brief. New facts, a change in direction or work beyond the included rounds may require a revised quote or schedule.
Publication and use
Unless a quote says otherwise, the service is writing and editing only. Publication, distribution, media outreach and guaranteed coverage are not included. Once the agreed invoice is paid, you may use the final delivered copy for the purpose described in the assignment. You are responsible for where and how it is published.
Payment and cancellation
The accepted quote and invoice set out the payment amount and timing. See the Payment Policy and Refund Policy for the general approach to billing and cancellations. If a quote has specific terms, those terms govern that assignment.
