Before work starts
If you cancel before work has begun, contact us promptly. Any payment for work that has not begun can be refunded, except for a separately agreed and completed preliminary deliverable identified in the quote.
After work starts
If you cancel after drafting or editing begins, we will review the work completed against the agreed scope. Charges for completed work and any refund of a remaining balance will be explained in writing. The specific cancellation terms in an accepted quote take precedence where they differ.
After delivery
If a draft does not match the agreed brief, contact us with clear comments so we can address it within the included revision rounds. A change of preference or a new announcement direction after delivery is a change in scope, rather than an automatic refund.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with the assignment details and reason for the request. We will review it against the accepted quote, delivered work and payments made.
